Immaculate Heart of Mary became an outreach mission chapel founded and served by the Franciscan Friars of the Convent of St. John the Baptist in 2015, which was hosted at the time in the private home of one of the faithful living in Myrtle Beach.
Having experienced some growth since then, we were able to relocate to a more "public" space and currently have Mass once-a-month (3rd Sunday) in the office of DeAngelo Chiropractic, located at 640 Morse Avenue, Murrells Inlet, SC 29576. Masses are scheduled every 3rd Sunday of the month at 11:00am and open to the public. Confessions are heard before Mass from 10:30 to 10:50am.
All are welcome to attend, but it is encouraged to call (843-875-9368) and confirm the time/date at least 24 hours beforehand. Please understand the priest travels 2-hours, one way, to offer Mass, so there may be last minute delays or cancelations due to traffic, weather, illness, or auto breakdowns; your patience is appreciated.
